On June 3, 2010, the good people at La Torretta Lake Resort & Spa hosted Remission Run’s Champions Reception. We were able to share our tell the audience the reason we began the race as well as our vision for the next few years as we’re committed to funding research to cure cancer. Dr. Fredrick Hagemeister from MD Anderson Cancer Center talked about current research news and explained the importance of funding the tissue bank. We are thankful to be a part of “Making Cancer History” and thankful to all our runners, walkers & volunteers for your support.
